Queensland Fencing Specialists is a Brisbane and Gold Coast-based company specializing in the installation of customized PVC fences.

CHALLENGE

PROJECT

In June 2022, Queensland Fencing Specialist approached ADV Advantage to increase sales. Despite having collaborated with another agency, they had not achieved a satisfactory level of sales. Considering the industry specifics, we suggested combining efforts with PPC and CRO to achieve faster results and move forward in the right direction.

OUR SOLUTION

For the most important tasks, the following tasks were confirmed and implemented.

  • We launched search advertising campaigns, segmented by regions and objectives
  • Exact segmentation of search campaigns by keywords
  • Shopping
  • Local campaigns
  • Remarketing
  • We optimized the landing page for advertising to increase the conversion rate

Search campaigns

To begin with, we needed to analyze which regions we could work with and what kind of clients we were dealing with. We found out that these are users over the age of 18 from Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Townsville, and nearby cities.

We were focused on users searching for PVC fences, but we also identified that many users were simply searching for “fences.” A large portion of these users were interested in other types of fences, but among them, there were also those who were indeed looking for PVC fences.

Therefore, we decided to create different types of search campaigns, with different types of targets:

  • For those looking for PVC fences, we used the target percentage of top position impressions, as the goal is to be first in the regions of interest.
  • For those searching for general fence queries, we used conversion cost as the goal so that Google’s algorithms could focus on achieving conversions, allowing us to concentrate on potential clients.
  • The aforementioned were also divided by regions, with keyword and ad development tailored to each query.

We launched Google Shopping campaigns that target both fence sales and installation requests.

Revenue growth from sales increased by 581%, and conversion growth also increased by 581%.

Additionally, the use of Google Ads enabled us to increase branded traffic for the query ‘Queensland Fencing Specialists’ by 267%.
